Vacancy for marketing automation specialist

With your expertise in marketing strategy and technology, you’re uniquely positioned to help lift marketing campaigns and other digital communications to a higher level. You like nothing better than designing and improving campaigns. You’re at ease with establishing processes and structures within an organisation.
You’re continuously evolving and staying on top of new developments. In the market and in your field of expertise. You’re always trying to find out the customer journey and looking for ways to improve it. By thinking out of the box and having a pro-active attitude, you always contribute creative ideas. You inspire people. And you use the experience you have to advise others and take informed decisions.
Naturally, you know everything there is to know about marketing automation. You are an experienced user of systems such as Eloqua and Unica and CMSs such as CQ5 and Drupal.

What are we looking for?
You’re now working for the marketing or online department of a corporate organisation, or at a digital marketing bureau, and you’ve got:
• A college or university diploma in CRM, business consultancy or ICT
• At least 3 years of experience with CRM and email marketing
• Ample experience in consultancy in B2B and B2C environments
• At least 1 year of in-depth experience with Eloqua, Marketo or Adobe Marketing Cloud
• Extensive experience in developing email campaigns and web pages with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data and data analysis
• An accurate approach to developing best practices and documentation
• Enthusiasm, strong communication and persuasion skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
