As web analytics specialist for our clients, you provide operational, technical and strategic advice about web analytics on a daily basis. You guide brainstorm sessions with customers to determine relevant KPIs. You develop measurement plans and implement them. You analyse and identify trends throughout the user journey. You put together clear reports, give people solutions and know how to present these solutions to both internal and external customers to influence the decision-making process. Even when workloads are high and the environment is changing, your performance is steady and effective.

Of course, you keep a close eye on online developments. Both in the market and in your field of expertise. You feel right at home with web analytics, tracking, targeting, A/B testing and profiling. Both operationally and strategically. You have experience working with Google Analytics and other tools, such as Omniture.

What are we looking for?
You’re now working for the marketing or online department of a corporate organisation, or at a digital marketing bureau, and you’ve got:
• 2 to 4 years of experience as web analytics specialist or client-side consultant
• Theoretical and practical experience in:
o advising about and determining the right, relevant KPIs
o determining measurement plans to track and adjust those KPIs
o placing tracking tags and scrips and testing their successful implementation
o finding trends and pain points in the online user journey (funnel, bounce percentages, search)
o setting up cross-channel dashboards
• A college or university diploma
• Preferably, experience with Agile Scrum
• Enthusiasm, strong communication and persuasion skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (required)
• Good advisory and presentation skills
• The ability to work with clients, find out the real problem, and solve it
